Supported by US government Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) grant and collaborated with national labs and institutes, we have been developing Multilayer Analyzer Array Detectors for x-ray
fluorescence. These include detectors optimized for the operation in hard, intermedial and soft x-ray regions. These detectors are being used in various research fields at synchrotron sources.
